How Much Does it cost?

The purpose of root canal treatment, also known as endodontic treatment, is to save a severely damaged or infected tooth. It is a procedure performed by a dentist or endodontist (a specialist in root canal therapy) to remove the infected or inflamed pulp from inside the tooth and clean, shape, and disinfect the root canals. The pulp is the soft tissue located in the center of the tooth that contains nerves, blood vessels, and connective tissue.

Prices generally range from £400-£750

Although simple Root Canal Treatment may be offered through the NHS, most complex cases require instruments and materials that are not covered on NHS treatment plans. For more information about this please feel free to speak to the clinician or practice manager.

Consultations are free for registered patients (NHS or Private) and cost £35 for unregistered patients. This will come off the final balance should you wish to go ahead with treatment.
